Unframed is currently being developed by its founders, Niccolò Salvato, Paolo Grassi and Mara Cracaleanu, with the intention of incorporating a UK private limited company under the name Unframed Ltd.

We collect the information you provide through this artist submission form to:

• review and assess your artist and artwork submission;
• contact you regarding your submission;
• communicate with you about Unframed and potential future collaboration; and
• where relevant, prepare for an artist relationship with Unframed.

The information we may collect includes your name, artist name, email address, telephone number, location, biography, website/social links, artwork information, images and other materials you choose to submit.

We may share information with selected service providers and professionals assisting with the development and operation of Unframed, including technology providers, curators, artists, art critics and advisers, where necessary for the purposes above.

Some service providers may be located outside the UK. Where applicable, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We will keep your information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for any applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, as well as other data-protection rights.
