This is the most personal part of the submission. For us, the most important part.

We select people, not biographies or portfolios. Because we believe in building a space where human connections are part of what makes the difference.

For this reason, we’d now ask you to take a beat, prepare a cup of coffee, tea, matcha, or a nice cocktail (why not), and sit comfortably while answering at least 5 of the following questions. Choose whichever speak to you. This is a personal interview that gives us a sense of who you really are, where you’re coming from, and where you want to go.

We ask you to be vulnerable, because the more we understand you, the better we can connect you with the people who will truly resonate with your work.
